Wooden decor
Wooden decor as the surface of aluminum profiles can be divided into two basic types of surface treatments. The first type of coating wooden decor is so-called "Masking". On the surface of aluminum profiles used different technologies cover the surface profile film "wooden decor”.
The second type of coating wood decor is carried out by traditional powder coating. In this technology to the surface of aluminum profiles, powder coating is applied using a color background for the type of wood. Thereafter, the substrate covered with a special color film faithfully mimicking the structure of the desired type of wood pattern. The foil is then under pressure and at high temperatures in a special furnace sealed into a selected background color - powder coated (Komaxit).
